1. I am happiest when I'm doing yoga, traveling, walking in the forest, or drinking coffee with a good friend.
2. I love inspiring people with creative ideas, uplifting blog posts, and practical wisdom for relationships and spirituality.
3. Writing is therapy and self care for me. I'm always working on a book or article.
